Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Ultimately, we want to ensure that your experience with us is an amazing one. We want you to know that you are valued and very important to us. Exceptional customer service is the highest priority to us. With the exception of some final sale items, you will a have the opportunity to return, exchange, or ask for a refund for your order within 10 days of order placement. We appreciate your support of our small business and we look forward to taking care of you! Damaged Items

If your order comes in damaged then please contact us immediately at thehumblecandle@gmail.com. We want to make things right! We require a photo of the damaged item to ensure that the item is in fact defective and to assist us with the claims process with the appropriate shipping carrier. We will cover shipping costs, both to you and from us. 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, that's not a problem! Contact us at thehumblecandle@gmail.com within 10 days of your delivery date and we will respond with 48 hours with return instructions. So long as your order is marked as delivered within the last 10 days, you can return items for a full refund. Shipping fees for return items are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge a restocking fee at this time. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for qualifying items. Items that come in multiple sizes and colors may be exchanged as long as the item being exchanged is the same price. Because our inventory is constantly changing, we cannot guarantee exchanges on all items and some exchanges may take several days to fulfill. Please contact us to inquire about product exchanges.
